Join us at – HILLTOP SKI AREA – for a day of learning, networking, and fun. This will be the 14th year of the Southcentral Alaska Avalanche Workshop and we look forward to having it kick off the 2026/27 winter season. Stay tuned for the speaker schedule and the registration page to go live!

The Chugach National Forest Avalanche Center, Alaska Avalanche School, Hatcher Pass Avalanche Center, and the American Avalanche Association host a gathering of snow professionals for a day of learning, presentation, discussion, and networking each fall in early November.

 

 *This event is partially funded by a generous grant from the American Avalanche Association. Registration fees provide the remainder of funding – 100% of proceeds go directly to keeping the Southcentral Alaska Avalanche Workshop sustainable.
